Large Capacity Fried Instant Noodles Production Line

This fried instant noodle production line inclludes dough mixing machine, dough pressing machine, noodle  frying machine, noodle cutting machine, and so on, all the peocedure can be done automatically. This noodle machines can connect with noodle packing machine, which can pack up instant noodles after being done.



The produced noodles contains less oil and is of high quality. Dough Mixing machine has biaxial elliptic blades with two kinds of speed, so that more water can be added, materials and moisture can be more evenly combined. Curing Machine adopts double-pot technique to guarantee the consistency of dough ripening; Noodle rolling machine contains 9 pairs of chilled alloy roll. The contact parts of  this line that will tough food are made of stainless steel and non-toxic materials, keeping in line with food hygiene standards.
