1. When the machine is in use, inspect the parts of the fasteners regularly, timely fasten the loose one;

2. The machine gear meshing zone needs grease lubrication, every half month, and bearing seat includes powder metallurgy bearing bush. Oil the oil cup of the bearing seat twice every shift;

3. The amount of flour should not exceed the barrel capacity, so as not to burn the motor;

4. If there is oil on the dough, overhaul timely and replace the oil seal;

5. The machine should be cleaned after use, so as not to affect the use of the machine;

6. When cleaning surface of water in barrel should not exceed the lowest point  of axis, in case the water overflow from the axle hole in the side panels or inflow the interlayer of side panels, influencing the service life;

7. The machine is a type of anti dropping device, which is forbidden to use the spray pipe to wash.
