Working Principle of Farfalle Pasta Making Machine
1. Before turning on power supply, please check if there's any loose for the parts of the machine. If yes, please use the corresponding tools.
2. First time using the machine, please try to control the running speed. Note: The motor is infinitely adjustable-speed motor,it can only adjusts the speed in operating condition,must not turn screw adjustment dial during shutdown.
3. After turning on the power supply of the machine, be sure to keep no-load running for 5-10 minutes, to check whether the machine works normally.
4. After finishing testing, in the case of debug or production, each time at least need more than 2 kg flour, water accounts for 30-32% of flour, such as 100 kg of flour, 30 to 32 kg water, best using spraying water, can not put large amounts of water poured into the mixer one-time. Mixing time is best for 5-10 minutes, calender need to work at least three times.
5. After pressing the dough for three times, the dough will be rectangular sheet, and it can overlap on the tray above for using, the sheet should be used within 15 minutes.
Note: three time include:
First: through the dough pressing machine, press the thickness in 6-8 mm; it needs match with the roller of farfalle pasta making machine, if the roller width of farfalle pasta machine is 450mm, the width of dough pressing machine is also 450mm.
The second time: Press the thickness in 4-6mm
The third time: Press the thickness in 2-4mm
