Machine Introduction:
Feeding system of this seasoning line adopts hoister for conveying materials. Flavoring material adopts screw fixed conveying, advanced flavoring system guarantee flavored evenly, speed of screw are adjustable. Rotary roller adopts complete molding no dead corner. Adopts imported oil spray nozzle, oil amount adjustable, spray evenly, adopt the electricity heating tank, pump transport oil.

This flavoring line is suitable for flavoring many kinds of food. Spray oil and sprinkle seasoning powder at the same time. Can realize better mix effect without the need for manual intervention. Automatic operation can reduce the error caused by the manual operation of the repeated operation.
The material of this production line is stainless steel, easy to clean and reduce the number of replacement. The injection machine needs to use with an air compressor so that spray liquid will be more even.
