This Vertical Dough Mixing Machine, also called Dough Blender, belongs to a kind of pasta machine, which is mainly to mix flour and water. There are vacuum type and antivacuum  type dough mixing machine, which can be divided into horizontal, vertical, single axis, axis, half shaft, etc..

 

Working Principle

 

This machine is composed of a mixing crock, stirring hook, transmission device, electrical boxes, frame.

The screw rotates in the stirred tank driven by a drive device, and the cylinder will rotate at a constant speed. Flour in the cylinder constantly is pulled, pushed, kneaded, and pressed, fully and rapidly mixing. And then dry flour are made to get uniform hydration, becoming dough with elastic and telescopic and homogeneous.
