There are some points about maintaining the automatic sugar coating machine.
1.The lubricating oil in the reducer casing should be replaced periodically in accordance with the requirements.
2.If the sugar pot is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned.
3. In order to ensure lubrication action of the worm gear in reduction gearbox, the temperature should not exceed 50 ℃ of the case in the process of operation.
4.The seal ring of the worm shaft end should be checked and replaced periodically, generally no more than six months.
5.The machine must be in the condition of reliable ground connection, grounding resistance should be 4 or less Ω.
6.The machine should not be arbitrarily demolition of appliances and belt cover.
