8F Doughnut Making Product Line has stainless steel furnace, energy efficient heating appliances, automatic molding, automatic temperature control function, automatically turn the donut, using screw-type adjustable device, discharge port can be up and down arbitrarily according to the height of oil level. Size of donut can also be adjustable.

This line can produce fermentation donuts,which with less oil content; It includes conveyor, fryer, cooling machine, oil filter tank, and working table, etc; We can customize any shape or any size moulds for you according to your requirements; The production line also can be equipped with a dough mixer, a dough sheeter, moulds and fermentation room to use;

As for the sevral parts, you can choose them seperately for your own needs, such as fryer only, etc; The oil temperature is adjustable by temperature controller. The main machine has already be introduced in 4F donut making production line, so details of other parts are as following: 

1.Fermentation mat:
Place the fermentation mat on the tray, and the unfamiliar donut on the mat,then put into the fermentation room to ferment.After taking out ,get through the fermentation mat by draw bar.fix the draw bar then start the feeding machine, then the donut can feed into frying machine automatically.


2. Fermentation tray
Place the raw donut on the fermentation tray with fermentation mat,t hen put into fermentation room to ferment.


3. Dough Mixing Machine
This dough mixer adopts seiko gears, can change drive by gears room, has the functions of mixing flour, stuffing, stirring egg. Easy to operate, can transfer power smoothly, user can choose proper speed according to different requirements.
