Gas baking oven: The tunnel baking oven is the main equipment of the wafer biscuit production line, the performance of the tunnel baking oven is excellent, the main signs: 1. The color of the wafer biscuit is uniform. Owing to the scientific choice of fuel system, high quality baking sheet, reasonable framework structure, so the produced wafer biscuit is color uniform. 2. Cooling machine: This machine is used to slow, cooling and convey biscuit.

Cream spreading machine: This machine can spread the cream on wafer sheet according to the PLC instruction.

Cutting machine: This machine adopts reciprocating transmission chain structure, can cutting biscuit automatically.

Wafer biscuit smashing machine: This machine is a kind of supplementary equipment and utilized for waste recycling. It mills wafer biscuit from conveyor into power, then you can pull those power into cream mixer. It will be new biscuits later. Using it you can recycle those unqualified wafer biscuits, mill them then use the flour to make new biscuits. It can greatly save raw materials and energy.
